Service Detail
Teeth Whitening
Professional whitening protocols to reduce discoloration safely in clinic.

Suitability is assessed before treatment.
In-clinic application follows safety protocols.
Post-treatment care suggestions help protect results.
Whitening Methods
In-office whitening applies a higher-concentration gel to the teeth after the gums are protected, completed in a single session. At-home whitening uses custom trays with a lower-concentration gel for a period set by the dentist.
Who Is It Suitable For?
Whitening can be a good option for teeth darkened by tea, coffee, smoking or age. Cavities and gum disease should be treated first. Fillings, crowns and veneers do not change colour, and whitening is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
After Whitening
- Avoid coloured drinks and smoking for the first 48 hours
- Be careful with very hot or cold foods if temporary sensitivity occurs
- Maintain results with regular brushing and checkups
