2. Personal Data We Process

• Identity and contact data: the name, email address and phone number you share via the contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Request data: the content you write in the contact form or your messages.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information logged by our hosting infrastructure, and anonymous visit statistics that do not identify you.

Please do not share health information in the contact form. Health information required for treatment is collected separately during your examination. Any health information you choose to share in the form is used solely to respond to your request, under the dentist's duty of confidentiality.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your information, appointment and treatment planning requests,
• Contacting you and organising your appointment,
• Keeping the website secure and preventing spam and misuse,
• Measuring website performance and usage anonymously,
• Complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (your appointment and treatment requests), necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, and necessary for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed (website security and anonymous statistics).

Health data is processed under Article 6 of the KVKK by a dentist bound by confidentiality, for the purposes of medical diagnosis, treatment and care.

5. Transfers

Within the limits of the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be transferred to:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website (servers located outside Türkiye),
• Google LLC, which provides the email service through which contact form messages are delivered (Gmail; servers located outside Türkiye),
• Competent public authorities, where legally required.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as required for the purpose of processing and for the retention periods set by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, learn the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to outcomes arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
